All providers listed on our website are independant and are not in anyway reviewed by us for this purpose. Each provider pays a fee as specified on our prices page and selects a listing type for their budget.

2) Bookings & Enquiries

Each booking or enquiry is made direct to the accommodation provider. A copy of every enquiry sent to the accommodation provider is duplicated and sent to us for our reference using the accommodationscotland.org.uk domain so we may track and monitor enquiries and any spam. This also helps us place a value on genuine online business through our site to you the customer.

3) Spam

Promotion, advertising and sales of products through our email system without our prior consent is strictly prohibited and will be deemed as spam. Any business or person found sending email to our customers through our email system for this purpose may be invoice in retrospect for this misuse of information and/or subject to legal proceedings.

4) Commission

Argyllbedandbreakfast.co.uk is completely free to use and does not charge commission on bookings.

5) Damage Limitation

Argyllbedandbreakfast.co.uk does not accept laibaility for personal illness or injury, damage, theft, additional loss of income, price adjustments, or death as a result of using any accommodation provider listed on this website.

6) Concerns or Complaints

Where you have booked and stayed with an accommodation and experienced poor service or conditions, or suffered a detriment as a result of your stay please contact us by email confidentially with your details and information of your concern or complaint. We will investigate fully your complains or concerns and where the nature of the report is serious or presents a danger to future consumers we will remove the provider from our site with immediate effect.

7) Privacy

We actively monitor levels of traffic to and from our website using Session Tracker technology and Google Analytics. We do not collect, store or distribute personal information at any time. Any data does not at any time affect your personal privacy or freedom of anonymity.

Email addresses from enquiries or newsletter subscription agreements may be stored for the purpose of future email marketing.

Prices on our website are accurate at the time of publishing. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any customers will be charged at the correct price regardless.

All listings are subject to availability. Payment must be received in advance of all listings prior to going live. Accommodation listings may take up to 21 days to be live from the date of order and payment.
